Dr. Rochelle Tuttle (Nomlacki/Yuki) serves as the Vice President for Behavioral Health Transformation at Kauffman and Associates, Inc. Dr. Tuttle brings more than 18 years of experience working in Indian Country serving Tribal communities. She brings a focus on public health and community-based care. She has a culturally centered approach to improving systems to better serve vulnerable populations through education, prevention, intervention, and thoughtful policy and governance. She is especially committed to understanding patterns that help drive more effective, equitable, and sustainable health outcomes with a strong emphasis on native centric data-informed decision-making and long-term community health impacts. Dr. Tuttle holds a Doctor of Public Health in Health Promotion and Education; Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Policy and Leadership from Loma Linda University and a Bachelor of Art degree in Public Health from University of California, Irvine.
