Crystal Tetrick is KAI’s vice president for systems and policy. She has more than 20 years of experience supporting health equity in Indian Country, including working diligently to address the issues of maternal, child, and infant health. Her real-world experience in community health, public health, health care operations, and community strategic planning grounds her subject matter expertise in Native health care, systems and policy–an asset that informs deliverables across many contracts at KAI. Crystal also has extensive knowledge and expertise in Medicaid reimbursement for both tribes and urban Indian programs. Prior to joining KAI, she directed the health care operations of urban Indian clinics, and parent and child health programs for Seattle and King County Public Health. Crystal earned her master’s in public health and bachelor’s in anthropology from the University of Washington.
